Dr. Brian Leland earned his Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Williams College, in Williamstown, MA, in 2016. During this time, he was selected to study at the University of Oxford, England, for his third undergraduate year. In 2021, Dr. Leland earned his DMD from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. After graduating, he moved to Morristown, New Jersey to complete a hospital-based General Practice Residency at Morristown Medical Center. After several more years of practicing and continuing education, Dr. Leland earned his master's degree in Comprehensive Oral Implantology from Jacksonville University in 2026.

Dr. Leland became one of the youngest Diplomates of the American Board of Oral Implantology (ABOI/ID) in 2026, the highest recognition in the field of Implant Dentistry. His clinical practice includes the full scope of general dentistry, with a focus on complex procedures like full-mouth dental implants, IV sedation, and 3D printing same-day dental restorations.

Dr. Leland teaches other dentists to place implants as the Course Director for Implant Pathway's Nashville Fast Track. While training at Implant Pathway in Gilbert, Arizona, he rose from resident to surgical mentor and national lecturer. Dr. Leland now speaks for dental implant and technology companies as a Key Opinion Leader.

Starting at BB&N high school through college, Dr. Leland studied Mandarin Chinese for seven years, spending a summer at a language immersion program at Beijing's Minzu University. He remains conversational in Mandarin, and welcomes the opportunity to speak with Chinese patients. When he is not busy teaching colleagues or educating his own patients on their oral health, his passions include hiking with his wife and miniature labradoodle, Harry, and skiing in the backcountry of Utah's Little Cottonwood Canyon.
