What you will receive

When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Leland Dentistry & Implants may send you:

News that appointments have opened, if you joined our waitlist
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Replies to questions you sent us
Forms to fill in before your visit
Billing and insurance notices
Office updates, such as closures or changes to your appointment
Occasional news and offers about our services, only if you have separately agreed to receive promotional texts

Message frequency varies with your appointments and requests. Promotional texts, if you agree to them, come no more than 4 times a month and only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Your consent

Agreeing to texts is not a condition of receiving care. You can always call or email us instead.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Promotional texts need your separate consent. Agreeing to appointment texts does not sign you up for them.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed.

You can also ask us at the front desk or by phone.

Your privacy

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with other companies or affiliates for their marketing. We share it only with the texting service that sends our messages, and only so it can send them. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Please do not text us detailed health information; call us instead. Our Privacy Policy has more detail.
